Cloudmont Ski & Golf Resort in Mentone, Alabama, is the state’s only ski resort and one of the southernmost in the United States. The resort features a modest 150-foot vertical drop with two beginner to intermediate ski slopes totaling about 1,000 feet, both served by twin rope-tow lifts.
