Alpine Valley Resort is a resort located in the Town of Lafayette, Walworth County, Wisconsin. This ski resort has a golf course and ski runs, considered the longest for being a 2500-foot run. It was once owned by the Boschert family, part of their family farm was sold off to a developer who created the resort. Ownership has been changed several times since the resort was constructed. Eventually, the resort grew to include an amphitheater, which had became the Alpine Valley Music Theatre.
